A última edição do
Diário Oficial Eletrônico traz a lei municipal nº 4.173/20199, que dispõe sobre
o orçamento geral de Piraju para o exercício financeiro de 2020.

Segundo a lei, a
estimativa de receita e receita para o ano que vem é de R$ 98.500.400,00. O
valor é 8,7% superior ao orçamento fixado para esse ano: R$ 90.636.800,00.
Conforme
divulgado, o orçamento de 2020 prevê a destinação de recursos para atender as
emendas impositivas apresentadas pela Câmara Municipal (leia mais). A verba é de R$ 992.182,90, e corresponde a 1,2% da
receita líquida realizada no ano anterior.
Por lei, 50% das
emendas devem obrigatoriamente atender o setor da saúde. Gastos de pagamento de
pessoal, encargos sociais e repasses para o terceiro setor são proibidos.
