Na próxima
terça-feira, 10, a prefeitura de Piraju realizará pregão eletrônico destinado à
locação de dois ônibus para realizar o transporte circular urbano. A sessão de
disputa está marcada para começar às 10h30.

De acordo com o
edital, os interessados têm até às 10h para apresentar proposta. A contratação
levará em conta o menor preço.
Os ônibus devem
ter capacidade mínima de 39 lugares e, no máximo, 10 anos de uso. Além disso,
os coletivos devem possuir acessibilidade.
Válida por seis
meses, com possibilidade de prorrogação, a locação está estimada em R$ 226.200,00.
O valor leva em consideração a quilometragem definida pela prefeitura no edital:
aproximadamente 11.393 km por mês.
Durante o período
de vigência do contrato, a prefeitura ficará a cargo de abastecer os veículos. A
tarifa será recolhida diariamente por um fiscal, que também ficará a cargo da
contagem dos pagantes.
SITUAÇÃO ATUAL
Desde setembro, o
serviço está sendo prestado pela Del’Oeste. Dois ônibus da empresa foram
alugados pela prefeitura após a Grecco desistir do contrato emergencial. Assinado
em setembro, o contrato com a Del’Oeste termina esse mês.
O prazo de seis
meses estabelecido no pregão eletrônico vem ao encontro das necessidades da
prefeitura. Até o momento, a administração não concluiu o edital de licitação
do serviço.
De acordo com uma
fonte, o impasse se deve ao valor do subsídio que o município concederá ao
futuro concessionário como forma de compensar o déficit do serviço.
