Em audiência de
custódia ocorrida ontem, 29, no Fórum de Piraju, a Justiça determinou a prisão
preventiva do homem de 22 anos que foi flagrado comercializando pedras de crack
na Vila Nova América.

O indivíduo, que
já tem passagem pela polícia, foi encaminhado para o CDP (Centro de Detenção
Provisória de Cerqueira César).
Segundo a Polícia
Civil, o homem foi preso na tarde da última quinta-feira após vender uma pedra
de crack para um usuário de 37 anos. O flagrante ocorreu na Rua Mário Rueda.
Com o traficante,
a polícia encontrou nove pedras e R$ 20,00 em dinheiro.
